Terms & Conditions

  • Full payment required upon order unless otherwise arranged – 70% deposit required from 2nd order onwards – final payment required before delivery.
  • All items remain property of Mudita Industries Pty Ltd until paid in full.
  • Should the customer fail to pay the remainder of the outstanding monies within 90 days of notice of arrival, goods will be auctioned and/or sold in order to recover any losses, with no refund given.
  • On items made to spec – written approval of drawing or datasheet required by email – no refunds accepted on the incorrect approval of an item.
  • Import goods hold a standard 30% cancellation fee.
  • Lead times given are subject to change, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, pandemics, social and political unrest, and any other socio-economic events that may have an effect on freight.
  • Mudita Industries Pty Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any quotations sent out at our discretion, as well as reserve the right to decline to quote depending on the nature of the business required.
  • Inspection and required testing is standard practice in the events of a return. Malicious damage or failure due to improper use will not warrant a refund, but rather, only factory defects will be refunded. In the event that findings show damage is a result of improper usage or malicious damage, charges incurred from testing will be on the account of the customer.  Should the findings reveal a factory defect or damage prior to the goods being handed over, replacement or reimbursement will be issued at the discretion of Mudita Industries Pty Ltd.
